Notable characteristics: Full, creamy white, double flowers to 8". Each of the densely packed fragrant petals has a faint streak of rosy pink down the center with dark flares. Vigorous grower.
Cultivar group, hybridizer: Northwestern (Gansu) cultivar group, Chen Dezhong, 1993.
Growth habit and size at maturity (10 years old): Semi-spreading, grows to 4.5' tall and 5' wide.
Flower form and size: Anemone double, 7-8".
